1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern your (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the website immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ACCEPTABLE USE

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Paget London or its licensors. You may view and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You must not use this website in a way that:

  • Causes harm, disruption, or impairment to the website or its services.

  • Involves fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised activities.

  • Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Paget London reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts if fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected.

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

4.1 Placing an Order

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4.2 Pre-Order Purchasing

Our brand follows a slow fashion and made-to-order model, meaning items are mainly produced in small batches after receiving a minimum number of orders (unless specified by a fully customised order). By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production will begin once enough orders are received, which may result in a longer wait time. Delivery for pre-ordered items will take up to six (6) weeks from the date of ordering. This allows us to maintain quality and ethical production standards.

4.3 Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept multiple payment methods, and by completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. If an error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before processing or cancel the order if necessary.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

5.1 Your Right to Cancel

As many of our items are made to order or personalised to customer specifications, some products may be exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This will be clearly stated on the product page, where applicable.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion. Please email info@pagetlondon.com for further assistance.

5.2. Returns and Exchanges

If your item is not personalised or made to order on your selected specifications, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in original condition. If your item was custom-made or personalised, we may accept returns for store credit only, at our discretion.

If your item is defective or delivery is significantly delayed (beyond six weeks), you are entitled to a full refund.

If you receive the wrong item, a faulty product, or an incorrect size due to our error, we will offer a full exchange, repair, or refund.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size guide – please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.

If you ordered the wrong size at checkout:

  • For standard items: you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

  • For custom-made or personalised items: returns may be accepted for store credit only, at our discretion, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

We only accept returns of unused, undamaged items, with packaging and tags intact.

Please note: Sale or discounted items follow the same return policy as full-price items, unless they are clearly marked as final sale or are made-to-order/personalised. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5.3 How to Cancel

To cancel an order, customers must notify us in writing via email, including their order number and contact details. Upon receiving the request, we will send them a form that must be completed and approved before any cancellation or return is processed. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

5.4 Returning Items After Cancellation

If you have received the goods before cancelling, you must return them at your own cost and risk in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If the goods have already been dispatched before cancellation, do not unpack them and return them promptly.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

If you fail to return the goods or cover return shipping costs, we reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs from your refund.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery Timeframes

We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. As all of our items are made-to-order, please note that delivery will take up to six (6) weeks from the date of ordering. This applies regardless of the shipping method chosen. Once the item is ready, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping option. Delivery times may also vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 International Orders

For international deliveries, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Paget London is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES & ORDER DISCREPANCIES

7.1 Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 working days of receiving it. Contact us via email or post, providing your order number and supporting details.

7.2 Late or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within six (6) weeks from the purchase date, please notify us within seven (7) days after the six-week period so we can investigate.

Once we verify an issue, we may:

  • Arrange a replacement or redelivery.

  • Offer a repair or exchange for faulty goods.

  • Process a refund for the affected item(s).

Paget London is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses due to delivery delays or issues. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the affected goods.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paget London is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data. While we strive to keep the website secure and up to date, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
